Keto Crackers
/Ingredients:
200 grams Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
80 grams Cream Cheese
100 grams Almond Flour
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Add mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl. Cook in microwave for 1 minute
Mix well
Add black pepper (to taste but I cover about half the dough)
Add fresh parsley and Mix (to taste but I cover about half the dough)
Add almond flower and mix
Kneed dough until there is no more loose almond flour and dough is texture of real dough.
Spread out on parchment paper
Place another piece of parchment paper over top and use a rolling pin to roll flat in every direction.
Place in oven for at least 15 minutes on 400 or until golden brown and crispy.
Use a pizza cutter and cut into crackers by using vertical and horizontal lines.
