Sous Vide Cold Brew Coffee (Coffee Heaven)
/So far this is the best cold brew recipe I’ve made and the key is to use a Sous Vide!
Ingredients:
Coffee Beans with Grinder
Mason Jars
Coffee Filter
Sous Vide
Instructions:
- Grind Coffee Beans 
- Prepare water with an 8:1 Ratio (For example if you are using 1/2 cup of coffee grinds then you will need for cups of water) 
- Add no more than 1/4 cup of coffee per Mason Jar then add 4 Cups of filtered water 
- Mix water and grinds in Jars 
- Prepare Sous vide set to 150 degrees F. 
- Place closed Mason jars in sous vide once Sous vide has reached 150 
- Brew for 2 Hours 
- Remove from Sous Vide and pour into coffee filter to filter out grinds. 
- Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
