Sous Vide Cold Brew Coffee (Coffee Heaven)

So far this is the best cold brew recipe I’ve made and the key is to use a Sous Vide!

Ingredients:

Coffee Beans with Grinder

Mason Jars

Coffee Filter

Sous Vide

Instructions:

  1. Grind Coffee Beans

  2. Prepare water with an 8:1 Ratio (For example if you are using 1/2 cup of coffee grinds then you will need for cups of water)

  3. Add no more than 1/4 cup of coffee per Mason Jar then add 4 Cups of filtered water

  4. Mix water and grinds in Jars

  5. Prepare Sous vide set to 150 degrees F.

  6. Place closed Mason jars in sous vide once Sous vide has reached 150

  7. Brew for 2 Hours

  8. Remove from Sous Vide and pour into coffee filter to filter out grinds.

  9. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
