Keto Chocolate Shake
/Version 1:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tablespoons heavy cream (or use full fat coconut milk for dairy free)
1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 tablespoon
1.5 - 2 Tablespoons Walden farms zero carb chocolate syrup
1-2 tablespoons Instant coffee grinds (I use lions mane and Chaga packet from four sigmatic)
Pinch of pink salt
3 Tablespoons of unflavored collagen protein powder. (I use bulletproof)
Put in blender and mix. Then froth if you have a frother.
Macros: 77% fat, 18.5% protein, 3.9% carbs. 2.0 net carbs total.
Version 2: (this one has antioxidants and replaces the artificial sweetener)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tablespoons heavy cream (or use full fat coconut milk for dairy free)
1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon of cacao powder.
1-2 tablespoons Instant coffee grinds (I use lions mane and Chaga packet from four sigmatic)
Pinch of pink salt
1/2 teaspoon of stevia (or more to taste)
3 Tablespoons of unflavored collagen protein powder. (I use bulletproof)
Put in blender and mix. Then froth if you have a frother.
Macros: 73% fat, 18.6% protein, 8% carbs. 4.0 net carbs total.
